I like the way of your well detailed comic-style - I guess you wasted some time to think about how you should draw her skin - at least I questioned it myself a lot sometimes.
So, the picture isn't that original - but the rest is really nice done...
I'm interested how the image would look like if you hide the layer with the texture of the armor
However, two things are to mentioned... the part of the armor where her arm shows up is really weird - there would be an edge - or is her armor thin like cloth ( really, I do not know )
To combine a comic skin and a quite detailed environment isn't that good idea - at least in my opinion ( yeah, now you can call me a hater )
The Fairytail emblem looks really different compared to her skin but never mind, since it's hard to say how it really looks like and she still had some Anime-Touch.

Face and Hair ( The hair is freaking me out )
Background ( I like the motion it has in it )
The glowing thing on her head... well, I do not understand it's meaning but wow, really like it (reminds me on impinging raindrops) and it separate the color of her hair and the background really good and add an nice impact.
